My stay had several issues. The air conditioning did not work adequately in many rooms. They switched it off prematurely at 8:30 PM. Rooms looks nothing like the pictures. The walls had wallpaper peeling off. Bathroom fixtures showed much corrosion, which I found unacceptable.

I appreciated the central position. The colosseum was within a short walk. The staff were always attentive. They promptly addressed my requests. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, specifically the fresh pastries available each morning. I found my stay to be very pleasant.

The staff provided assistance with directions and recommendations. They were also very responsive when I needed extra towels. I saw the reception desk staffed around the clock ensuring guest support was available.

the hotel is close to the roman forum coliseum trevi fountain pantheon and spanish steps. i could walk to all of these places. also there were many very good restaurants located nearby the hotel.
the furniture and everything else in the furnishing is very old. i had to wait 10 minutes for hot water and it disappeared during the shower.
